Davis County School Support Foundation Mini-Grant Application
Application forms will be accepted through the month of May for the current 2020 year
DCSSF Mini-Grants support the teachers by awarding these grants towards additional funding for classroom teaching and learning enhancement opportunities. Innovative, collaborative, and up-to-date projects are encouraged. Applications are accepted by any of the teachers in the Davis County School District. The Davis County School Support Foundation will review the completed applications, and award the grant money to those scoring highest on the scoring evaluation. (A copy of this scoring sheet is included for you to use as a reference as you complete your application).
- Grant applications must include the cover page, description page, and budget worksheet completely filled out. Supportive materials may be included with your application. After completion, your building principal must sign the application before submission. Applications must be postmarked no later than June 1st, 2020, for consideration by the DCSSF board.
- The main emphasis on the application project should focus on student learning and higher achievement in their educational pursuits, and must be compatible with the school curriculum.
- Mini-grants will be considered for materials, equipment, speaker fees, presentations, software, and/or technology which is not provided by the district. (If funding allows, applications for basic curriculum needs will be considered.)
